The distinguished literary critic and scholar Germán Gullón, Professor Emeritus of the University of Amsterdam, and a Professor of Spanish at the University of California, Davis between 1988 and 1993, passed away on June 28th. He was 80 years old.  

Andrew presented  “Escrituras del yo y academia: Aproximaciones hacia una genealogía”  to be given at the LASA2025 Congress, May 23-26.  2025 in San Francisco, CA.

Grayson presented “La representación de las cucarachas en la narrativa de Guadalupe Nettel.” At the Kentucky Foreign Language Conference (KFLC) in Lexington, Kentucky at the University of Kentucky, April 17-19, 2025.
